Terms of Service – Rodnia

By accessing or using rodnia.to or any Rodnia services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “ToS”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or any related services.

1. Account Registration
To create an account on Rodnia, you must provide a valid email address. If rodnia.to determines that false or misleading information has been used, we reserve the right to terminate or delete the account immediately.
During registration, you must select a unique username and password. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. rodnia.to is not liable for damages caused by lost, shared, or compromised passwords.
Account Deletion: Rodnia accounts cannot be deleted upon request. If you disagree with this term, do not register. We avoid storing data that can personally identify you beyond your email address, which is required for account creation and authentication.
2. Rules of Conduct
All players must adhere to the Rodnia Rules of Conduct. Violations may result in penalties including temporary suspension or permanent account termination. rodnia.to reserves full discretion to determine what behavior is considered inappropriate.
Forbidden Actions Include:
  • Using names that impersonate other people, staff, moderators, or Game Masters.
  • Using offensive, vulgar, hateful, obscene, or racially discriminatory names.
  • Names referencing drugs, sex, alcohol, crime, or trademarked brands.
  • Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, undocumented features, or unfair advantages.
  • Using tools, bots, cheats, hacks, or third-party software that modifies gameplay or interacts with the client or server.
  • Packet sniffing, macro-ing, automation, or altering the game client in any form.
  • Connecting to Rodnia through unauthorized programs or interfaces.
Account trading must be performed privately and at your own risk. It is strictly forbidden to advertise account sales on the official game channels.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account, whether authorized by you or not. rodnia.to is not responsible for damages caused by hacking, viruses, malware, or unauthorized access to your device or account.
rodnia.to may take any action necessary to maintain platform integrity, including suspending or permanently terminating access for violations of these Terms.
4. Content and Ownership
The Rodnia game, website, software, graphics, music, text, animations, videos, and all related materials (“Rodnia Materials”) are owned or licensed by rodnia.to.
You do not own any virtual assets such as characters, items, currency, game progress, or other in-game elements. All virtual assets remain property of rodnia.to and may be modified, removed, or altered at any time.
rodnia.to may review and resolve virtual asset issues at its sole discretion. No refunds or compensation will be granted for lost, deleted, or modified virtual assets.
By uploading or submitting any content to Rodnia, you grant rodnia.to a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, broadcast, translate, and distribute that content across any media.
5. Rodnia Coins & Special Coins / ItemShop
Rodnia Coins and Special Coins may be purchased through the payment systems available on our website. Coins are credited to the user’s account automatically following a successful transaction.
Refund Policy
  • Rodnia Coins & Special Coins and digital items are non-refundable.
  • All purchases are final and non-reversible.
  • If coins are not delivered due to a technical error, you must contact support within 3 days at support@rodnia.to.
  • Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may lead to permanent account termination.
6. Copyright Materials
If you believe that Rodnia is using content that you own the copyright for, please contact us at support@rodnia.to with proof of ownership. Verified copyrighted content will be removed as quickly as possible.
7. Third-Party Links
Rodnia may contain links to third-party images, files, or videos. We are not responsible for the content on external sites. Upon valid request, we will remove third-party links that infringe on your rights.
8. Additional Terms
Rodnia services are void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to play. rodnia.to may suspend or terminate user access at any time.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
